"****UPDATE******, Have to admit at first everything was on point with this agent and office. Here I am several years later and this place has become a throne. I have been sending emails and leaving phones messages and NO!!!! answers. Mind boggling how I'm calling the office during working hours and no one is answering phones. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My husband and I have been with Statefarm for a short while now but Daniel has worked with us diligently since. He is very knowledgeable and answers all of questions and addresses our concerns"

"I agree in the beginning everyone was so friendly not sure what changed. I asked to pay half my balance that was owed I was refused so spoke with customer service they said they had options the agent said was not true. My bill was mess because of an error with billing. I explained I need insurance didn't care if I wasn't going to be a customer amymore. Very unprofessional did want to work with me. I switched my insurance with a better rate and much friendly then some I spoke with at this agent. Dan even took no down payment to start the policy surprised they did not want to work with me to keep me as a customer. If customer service offers something then the agent needs to honor it not say its not true. Ok no resolution was offered to me what choice did have needed insurance had to switch. If really wanted keep me as a customer I'm sure more could have been done. And the billing was not error on my part was error with billing. Which made my balance harder to pay."
We responded:

We want to clarify that our agency does have certain policies and procedures in place, but the request to pay half your outstanding balance could not be afforded to you and we explained that to you when you called our office. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you during your conversation with our after-hours customer care center. Regarding the billing error, we apologize for any confusion caused. We would like to clarify that the error occurred as a result of delayed payments on your part. Timely payments are crucial for accurate billing, and any delays can lead to discrepancies in the billing statement. We encourage all our customers to pay their premiums on time to avoid such issues. We understand that you have chosen to switch your insurance to another provider. We appreciate your decision and wish you the best with your new insurance policy. We want to assure you that we genuinely wanted to work with you to find a solution and keep you as a valued customer. We are sorry if we were unable to meet your expectations in this regard. "

"All these "positive" "5 star" ratings have to be a joke. Can't even call this place during business hours and get someone on the phone. I have to call the 888 state farm number and go through the prompts to ever get anything done. Only thing I ever get from them are invoices in the mail that finally get to me weeks after they were sent to the point that they multiples of the same invoice. Worst thing I ever did was take someone's advice and insure my car with this branch; let alone this brand. Customer service is trash. Renewal rates are robbery. Call during business hours. I bet money no one answers the phone and you'll have to leave a message for someone who won't get back to you anytime soon. call the 888 Statefarm number instead. By far my WOSRT insurance experience being and insured driver for 22 years. Should've left after my rate was 1st raised an additional $130 and definitely after they doubled my insurance rate after renwal to be paying over $600 monthly. ITS A SCAM OPERATION IF YOU ASK ME"

"Customer refund check was cashed. Customer states he never received it. However, customer refuses to complete a fraud affidavit form so that we can re-issue him another check. This has been explained to him on several occasion."

"Representative lied to me about handling my cancellation, was extremely rude on phone and caused me to spend hours on phone and miss payments. And now my refund is delayed. I would avoid this agency."

"Representative submitted a request to cancel when the customer informed us, he no longer had the car. The company is currently processing the cancellation. We informed the customer of the same, but he did not want to hear it. "
