When Vannia was there, excellent customer service at the time, then they told me that Vannia did not work there any more and honestly should had moved my coverage at that moment because everything after was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. They kept confusing my policy with other people, at one point they said I had accidents on recorded that wasn't even associated with my car. I literally had to fight them to fix their mistakes. Do not go with this company! Worse customer service ever!!"

"My experience with this office started off positive, but unfortunately declined over time. Communication became increasingly frustrating, particularly when trying to ask questions about my own policy. At times, it felt as though reasonable questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to provide clarity and support. I also noticed frequent rate fluctuations without clear explanations. When I attempted to get more information, responses were often inconsistent, and follow-up became difficult. Professionalism and transparency are extremely important when dealing with insurance, and I did not consistently experience that here. I would recommend that this office focus on improving customer communication, accountability, and overall service standards. Please provide record lines for this office also, because I believe them knowing no repercussions will occur for foul behavior to customers definitely could be the reason why they were so freely able to act in that very rude manner. I will say that Mary was helpful and professional throughout my interactions, and I appreciated her support. Everybody else, needs a reevaluation of their training in calls. However, my overall experience with the office did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this office either."
